Where do I begin? I don't know if you guys even read these surveys, but if you do, you guys have a lot of work to do at this particular property. Other than the lobby/gather area being full of out dated furniture and virtually no decorations, the check in process went very well. The guy that help me during the... More

I obviously should've heeded previous warnings about this place. I wouldn't let my dog stay in this place. Upon entering, the room (non smoking) smelled of a mixer of smoke, urine, and bleach. The sheets hadn't been changed as evident by the hair, footprints, and whatever the residue was left on them. There were stains on nearly everything and cigarette... More

From the second you walk in you have the feeling of project apartments, the smell is horrible, nothing is clean, and the maintenance is non-existent. Looks like a former rundown welfar apartment building.

The room was NOTHING like the pictures nor the commercials. I reserved a deluxe queen studio room with separate sitting area. The sitting area was a sofa bed beside the original bed. There was food under the sofa bed, evidence of drug paraphernalia in the drawers, and there was food in the oven!!!! My children were SOOOO scared in the... More

From day one when I made the reservation the rep had an attitude, when I asked what her name was she said I'm not telling you. When I arrived the front desk woman did not even greet me. Then I asked why they needed my tag number and she rudely stated it was policy...it all makes sense now with that... More

The hotel doesn't have a traditional front desk. You have to call for help. The first room we walked into was nasty! It had crumbs, food, trash, etc all over the floor. The bed has no sheets or blankets on it and the coffee table was sitting on the bed. It stunk so bad of rotten food, smoke and who... More

Front desk clerks goes into rooms without the permission of the guest for no reason, belongings come up missing most of the time that these people do this sick stuff. Prostitutes and Thugs are always walking do the hallways late at night. The Management team refuses to fix the keyed entry on the entrance doors so that it would prevent... More

As I was walking through the halls barefoot I ripped my foot open from a nail sticking up from the carpet. The hotel staff misplaced the money we used to pay for the room then was trying to double charge us. When I took a coffee mug out of the cabinet to drink water, there was MOLD GROWING in the... More

We drove in & it looked like the projects. As soon as we stepped in the "check-in area" the smell hits us. After a wait we get our room on the 3rd floor in a non-smoking room it smells like smoke not to mention the elevator sounding like it was gonna break. Mold under the sink & the smell of... More

First attempt at checking in at 5pm - room was not ready (being "cleaned") and computer was down. Had somewhere to be at 6 so used the public restroom to get ready. It was dimly lit and had no paper towels. Second attempt at checking in at 1 am - computer was in use for night audits and had to... More
