After checking into my room I noticed a pair of mens underwear in the corner next to the bed. These underwear obviously did not belong to me so I called the clerk on duty to inform her of this and she somehow took offense and threatened to have me removed from the property by the police. I asked her why... More

Traveling from Arizona to Indiana. Stopped here tonight to sleep. Found a coupon in a coupon book we picked up in Clines Corners, NM. They didn't have any coupon rooms (that is only for Sun - Thurs but didn't say that in the book). The room we got is on the ground floor (thank goodness) and cost $45. Not bad... More

The only reason we stayed here was because we had a family member in the hospital, and every other hotel was booked. Would NOT stay here again! The room was OK, but could not shake the feeling of being constantly dirty once I went to bed. Beds and room were visually clean, but the room had a funky odor. Just... More

Checked into this hotel after driving 10 hours from Arizona walked in the room after and was immediately welcomed by the smell of urine, the walls were stained with some sort of brown substance and nothing looked clean at all when we tried to get a refund and leave we were denied for having been checked in for over 20min.... Not a clean hotel. The bed felt like you were just laying on springs, there was no padding on the mattress whatsoever. Blankets were wooly feeling (scratchy). Bathroom was disgusting; moldy, dirty, falling apart. Will not stay in this hotel again or recommend to anyone I know. Have told all my family to never stay there already, very gross feeling.... The place is practically falling apart. The towels were threadbare and several didn't look all that clean. There was also an odor in the room. We should have asked to see the room first. I described in a text message to a friend as a yucky room. I would never want to stay there again. On the plus, the heater... More

Relax Inn Amarillo is nice comfortable motel that is located right of the interstate. I have been staying here for construction for a few weeks now and it is very reasonably priced motel. Room has all the basics which includes a microwave. I do not have to leave the property to do my laundry as they have onsite facilities. I... More
