Our company held a meeting here. Some of our group stayed at this hotel, I did not. My review is based on the facilities and staff for our meeting. We were to have coffee, pastries, etc. for the business associates attending our function. Ten minutes before our meeting started the refreshments had not arrived. We had to ask a couple... More

The hotel is a little bit tired but the staff make up for that. The man on the front of house ( I think his name is Ken and sorry if wrong) is brilliant he was so helpful he made our stay wonderful. The room had no fridge and the ice machine on the 6 floor was broken. The views... More

We were unfortunate enough to be booked in here for 1 night whilst on a "virgin Route 66" self drive holiday. We first noticed how very tired & shabby the hotel looked, then when we tried to get to sleep in the evening it got even worse. Children were screaming & shouting in the central area that the internal rooms... More

It's comical how many 5 star reviews there are about this hotel, left by users that only have one review in the history of their profile....shady in the least. There is absolutely nothing 5 stars here. Check the photos from actual users that have stayed here. The management at this hole have obviously paid for their share of 5 star... More

We stayed one night. The elevator was broken and only one was in service. and the teenagers from the party kept going up and down the elevator not allowing other hotel guests to use elevator. The Air conditioning in the halls and elevator were broken.Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Have stayed multiple times at this hotel but today will be the last. Management is unprofessional and that is an understatement. Very unorganized and it shows. Used to be one of the nicest hotels in Amarillo but that time is long gone. Sad but true...

This is not a 3 starts hotel. I were reading all the mixed review before I booked this hotel but it was closed to where I need to go so I went ahead and booked it. Everyone said the staff here are good and friendly but not for me. I booked 3 rooms, all the sink and bathtubs were clogged... More

I'm sure someone will find that offensive, but I stand by the metaphor. The personality is alive and well, and the only thing that gives this hotel a second star is the top-notch staff. They were responsive, positive and consistently eager to problem-solve. When the server messed up my dinner order, for example, the manager and chef both came over... More

Well, the hotel is now an Ambassador Hotel. It appears to have been extensively renovated recently. Our room was large and comfortable. Everything worked satisfactorily. This property had a number of less than favorable reviews in the past few years. I say, give it another chance. We found it to be a good value. Skip the breakfast as it costs... More

The massage lady here is amazing!!!!! Linda lovato is absolutely fabulous!!! Definitely worth the stay! The kids and husband can swim while you get a great massage!!! Once they remodel it and get the "spa" going it will be that much better! Great place
