Nabil and Carol made us really welcome. You basically share the lounge and kitchen of their home. Our room was comfortable, clean and filled with ornaments and other quirky items. We wanted to try the Big Texan while we were in Amarillo and Carol rang and arranged a complementary limo to take us. Breakfast was cooked by Nabil to order.... More

Mike and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carol and Nabil are very special people with a very special home that they have chosen to share with others. Carol and I bonded immediately. We're both plant and garden freaks. Carol even shared flower seeds that I plan to plant next spring. Nabil built the coolest Koi pond I've ever seen and... More

We recently visited the Parkview House on a group trip. While the innkeepers were very nice and personable, I cannot say we enjoyed our stay. The home is very cluttered with stuff. There is stuff hanging on stuff. Not a corner of any frame is left empty. The home needs a good purging of knick-knacks. There is no separation between... More

This bed and breakfast feels more like visiting in someone's home for the night. The house is lovely and clean. The owners have done a lovely job in creating a garden which is totally fenced. The neighborhood where this B & B is located is a little questionable. The owner serves breakfast at 8:30 which was too late for us... More

Sure enjoyed our stay at the Parkview. These folks know what they are doing. WE LOVE ARTS AND CRAFTS, and appreciate the fact this place isn't that fussy victorian. Great work on the restoration, and really made us feel welcome.

Unlike most B&B's which tend to be more from the Victorian era, Parkview House is more from the arts and crafts era. The building has been nicely preserved on the outside and well renovated on the inside. The hosts were very accommodating and we were made to feel really welcome. The best part of the experience was the ability to... More

We were simply passing through Amarillo on our way from New Mexico to Oklahoma and decided to stay at Parkview House instead of some bland hotel chain. Nabil and Carol welcome you into their own home and make you feel at ease. Immediately we arrived we were treated to a glass of wine and given recommendations for nearby restaurants. Carol... More

We stayed here the night of March 30, 2012 This charming house is the home of the owners and innkeepers, Carol and Nabil. It isn't in the best neighborhood, but is on the National Historic Registry. The gardens are amazing; almost worth the price just to see them. We felt extremely comfortable immediately, as we were welcomed with glasses of... More

My room was excellent; the victorian. Had everything and more for comfort and home feel. If I had the time to decorate my home. Stayed on business, but coming home to cocktails and conversation with Carol and Nabil made the stay wonderful. The backyard garden is peaceful. Everything in the home and yard is done by these two, what an... More

Parview B&B is the best place to stay in Amarillo and the only place we stay. A very quaint Victorian style house. Gorgeous gardent and amazing hosts. Carol makes home cooked meals that are absolutely delicious. Upstars rooms can be a bit cold depending on the weather, but other than that our stay was perfect. This will be the best... More
