A dive.. Left some personal items in room upon departure and called right away. 3 days later the manager returned my call. Items ended up being stolen by someone who works there. he refused to help me in any way saying the items were probably in my luggage. He did not operate in good faith, basically calling me an imposter.... More

Quality Inn East did not honor their advertised rate of 44.99+tax found in HotelCoupons.com SCentral book. Instead they gave us a senior discount rate of 86.30 for a single bed handicapped room for my elderly mother. We arrived at the hotel on 11/7/2014. It was after 11pm and we just needed a place to rest as my mother and I... More

I am so very sorry for your unpleasant experience, and also about our manager not getting your messages. I would love to speak to you over the phone or e-mail. It sounds like you were charged the normal rate for that night. The rate you mentioned is a coupon rate. If you had a reservation with that lower rate, I... More

Our room was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The room had a love seat that was worn and not very comfortable nor very clean. We could deal with this with a spray of Lysol. My husband was getting ready for his shower and started the water and NO hot water! He called the front desk and this is when... More

Stayed overnight at this property while on our way to Tulsa. The room could be summed up in a word as "shabby". Furniture had trim pieces missing. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Carpet was old, frayed and worn. Bath had not been updated since Nixon was president. Wrote a similar review on Choices Hotels website in response to a survey. Received... More

I was there for two weeks and it only had a few minor problems, 1. The freezer was frozen over in the fridge and thats an important factor when u stay for a period of time and can't afford to eat out every night. 2. The bath tub drain wouldn't drain properly but when we told the maid she had... More

The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. The bathroom door wasn't hung well. The front door only shut if you pushed it hard. All of the TV stations were fuzzy. There are signs all of the parking lot letting you know they are not responsible for theft or damage, and for good reason. My gas can on my trailer disappeared... More

We've always been completely satisfied at all the Choice Hotel properties we've stayed at so we had no qualms about checking in here even though the outside appearance looked old and a little shabby. BUT, the room carpet and upholstered chairs were stained. The bathtub tile had mold in the grout, the bathroom vent grill was dirty as well as... More

We stayed here for one night on our Route 66 roadtrip going west. The rooms were ok, adequately clean but the smell outside the rooms was unbearable. I could have sworn I witnessed someone staying a few doors down peeing outside the room? Now this would explain the awful smell but for the life of me I can't understand why... More

This hotel is certainly older, but our room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and changed our room from second floor to first floor for us. He was helpful also when I asked about the best way to get to the dining options near the hotel, telling us how to get to them w/o having to... More

Booked motel on choice app where it is rated 3 stars. No way! When we arrived we found an older property. I was met by a questionable person on the parking lot, who made me feel uncomfortable. When we went to the room we found a tv and lamp that didn't work, bathroom fixtures that needed replacing, and dead insects... More
