We stayed at the Drury Inn on the way from Denver to Atlanta (the long way) with our dog, Oliver. I was very surprised by the quality of the hotel, the acceptance of my 110lb dog and the value. Although the elevators were broken for the day, we had a great time and a restful nights sleep. The staff worked... More

We stayed at the Drury Inn on the way up to Denver from Dallas and on our return. It was a great choice. The twins, Michelle and Michelle, we're most helpful at the front desk and the king room was comfortable. On our return, at check in, we found that the elevators were down and our room was on the... Stayed at this hotel for the week of the 7th. This was my first time to ever stay at a Drury Hotel. I had always heard these were nice hotels, and great value. Have to say, what I heard was true. Rooms were large, Internet worked great, TV nice. Rooms had a coffee maker, and mini fridge in them. Desk... More

Make a reservation as this hotel was almost completely full on a busy Friday night on April 25, 2012. This hotel accepts pets, has a nice hot tub and indoor pool, snacks, drinks and a 5:30 p.m. kickback. We arrived there at 8 p.m. so we missed the food so I can't rate the quality of food but the rooms... More

We were staying on regular basis for business and were treated nicely by most staff... then the house keeping manager became involved in something (one of the staff persons later told me) was "none of her business and she shouldnt have interfered" any way I got a call the day after checking saying my card was no good and that... Thank you for your recent business and feedback concerning your stay at Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo. I am very sorry to hear that there was noise in the hallways during the evening quiet hours. Anytime our desk is made aware of an issue, they immediately take action to remedy the situation, which I would have hoped to have been... More

The good: it's clean, comfortable, great staff (loved Josh at the Kickback). The beds are nice, the bathroom is great (but could use better showers, more pressure), and the size of the rooms are wonderful. 5:30 Kickback was okay...I don't drink so that didn't matter. It had so-so food, and seemed more for people who wanted a free beer or... More

We stopped going and returning from a business trip. We had great rooms both times. The second time we did have to change our room as we do not like the “corner inside” rooms. The lobby, eating area and rooms were all nice and clean. The evening Fare is nice but not really enough for a supper. The morning was... More

As an Amarillo Native, traveling back home has it's pros and cons, until now. We were pleasantly surprised with the Drury! VERY clean and excellent service. The rooms are not large but roomy enough. The bedding is extremely comfortable and cozy. The staff was accommodating for all of our requests. Amarillo has been the recipient of many new hotels in... More

We stayed here one night, arrived after 10:00pm. Front door was secured, but receptionist was attentive and opened door right away. We had a small issue with a chirping smoke detector in the room next door. Front desk resolved that issue within 10 minutes. Overall room was clean, but we did have a stale odor on our floor and there... More

Whenever we travel, Drury Inn is my first choice. They do so many things right and save you money in the longrun by providing many free services (full breakfast, evening reception, sodas and popcorn, Wi-Fi, etc.). Clean, safe, amazing location (restaurants galore within walking distance), and comfortable rooms seem to be their "norm". To me, this is the best place... More
