Like a previous reviewer stated I too stay in many hotels throughout the year, usually the Marriott. However, I was so tired and needed to save, so I went here. It was inexpensive, the bed was very comfortable. I will say the rooms are quite dated but it was quiet and pet friendly as well. The staff was very friendly... More

My kids saw the castle so I thought it would be fun BUT...the room was so 1960s, the bed did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress and the pillows were as flat as pancakes...the room had no toilet paper! The "continental" breakfast was a joke BUT the front desk lady was super friendly even though she put a... More

I stay in hotels 300 + nights yearly. This is a low end budget hotel. The rooms are dated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an old place but it's cheaper than the others. That's why I stay here. Overall, a great place to stay.

Checked in to the room to find old dried diarrhea on the underside of the toilet seat. Room smelled like urine. Bedding looked old and dirty. Management would not refund our money even though we told them about the disgusting condition of the room. Made my kids sleep on top of the sheets in their clothes. Worst hotel experience ever.

I am not overly picky and have stayed in a lot of motels, but we did something we've never done before--asked for our money back. The room was so dirty that we decided we really could not sleep there, so we went and asked for a refund. Even after my husband took the manager and the front desk guy to... More

We had been on the road for 13 hours and we stopped in to check prices, there was a bad storm headed into town at the time. The Lady who checked us in was very fast, courteous. The room was large, 2 queen beds, very quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, a few burn spots on the counter but... More

Please ignore the negative reviews on this motel. If your looking for the Marriot this is not the place. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive and roomy motel with a friendly and helpful staff, you will not be disappointed. I have stayed here for the last three years whenever I am in Amarillo. For the price it doesn't... More

So two different playstations, a laptop, a tablet, and two phones all don't work?!? Get off ur lazy *** and reset it. Never ever again will I stay here!... More

on my limited budget "bucket trip", this was cheapest place I could locate in Amarillo- was clean and the showerhead was the old-fashioned kind that had water pressure and plenty of hot water, those limited-flow ones are not my favorite... bed was too soft, internet worked okay parking lot had some sketchy people hanging around

Miss Mike being there as front desk manager. Still a good stay, pleasant stay, will stay next time. We are also glad you are dog friendly and located so close to the Quarter horse museum and other attractions.
