We stayed at this location last weekend. It was very nice, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very accommodating and friendly. The lobby was very nice, location in relation to the interstate was perfect.

Great room, clean, comfortable bed, quiet, efficient check-in, reasonable rate, extensive breakfast. Ground floor room was spacious. Check in and checkout was very good. Gentleman in morning had a suit on. The lobby was gorgeous. NOT your normal chain hotel. Breakfast had lots of options from yogurt to scrambled eggs. Location was close to Interstate, but away from street, so... More

Stayed in a lot of hotels in Amarillo and never found anything extraordinary, but this hotel was exceptional! Booked via travel site for a decent rate and was very pleasantly surprised on checking in. Check in was fast and the staff very friendly and courteous. The room had everything one could want. Big comfortable king bed, WiFi available, Fridge, decent... More

Our actual stay at this hotel was ok. Good size bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy. They also offer an afternoon refreshment, which was a bonus, although sparse compared to other hotels we have stayed in, in the USA. It is a little way out of the centre. We tried to walk it, but it was impossible due to a... More

This place was okay--I'll look for another hotel if I'm ever in need of one in Amarillo. One thing to be very aware of...the address that both Hotwire AND Google have on file for this is wrong. Following the directions using my iPhone landed me in a very bad looking neighborhood. I called the hotel and they told me they... More

Stayed a night there in a suite trying to get out away from the home and take kids to pool. Was the worst experience I have ever had. Was cold outside so thought indoor pool would be warm, but it was luke warm at best. When walking into the building it smelled like a gym (sweaty body odor). We stayed... More

We stayed overnight on a road trip. Got there in time for complementary happy hour. 3 small drinks per guest, limited selection. The magaritas (sic) were not bad, expecially for free. The large room was clean and comfortable. We slept well, but we could hear some sounds from other rooms, so I'd say not as quiet as a premium hotel,... More

Checked in after a long drive after a hospital stay in Dallas. I was hurting and very tired. I gave the desk person a credit card to use as room security. Two days later, I found out that the card was missing from my wallet (I had failed to realize the desk person had not returned it to me). Two... More

My reservation was waiting at the reception desk. Check-in was efficient and courteous. Restaurant referral was handle professional with specific directions written for our choice. Would consider Ashmore again for future travel in this area.

We were welcomed very warmly by the staff and they offered us a Limo to the Steakhouse. I thought it was a gimmick but it was genuine and wished I had taken up the offer. They were very friendly the whole time we were there. The Hotel looks much nicer on the outside than it is on the Inside. It... More
