This is a great location if you're flying out early., easy access to the airport and a gas station right next door for the obligatory rental car fill-up. The hotel was welcoming and clean. I found several restaurants close by but opted for take-out as it was late. Pity, as the 72 ounce steak (free if you eat it within... More

Just spent a quick night in Amarillo on the way to Dallas. We stayed at the Fairfield because it was in a good location. It turned out to be a little more expensive than we would normally go for, but after a long day driving, we took it. The room was very nice. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was... More

My husband and I stay here the first 3 nights of our 21 day road trip to Florida. It was one of our favorite Inns. Staff was very friendly, asking us about our adventures each day. Breakfast room was spacious, clean and replenished frequently, the variety changing each day, with fresh fruit. We were very comfortable here. Nice indoor pool.... More

My husband, my sister-in-law and I were heading to Las Vegas, NV for a vacation and stopped over here on our way. We've been here before as it's a very reasonably priced hotel, quiet, clean and well maintained with friendly efficient staff. It's right across the street from a truck stop but the hotel is insulated enough for you to... More

We were driving through Amarillo on our way from Texas to Taos, NM. This hotel is right off 40 so the location is great for a drive-through place to stay a night. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings on the same lot, which we didn't go to, but someone might. If you go less than a mile further down 40, there's... More

I stayed here on my road trip across the USA. The receptionist was very friendly, and I really liked the room. It was big, clean and the bed was comfortable. If you are passing through Amarillo, you should definitely stop here for a good night rest.

This hotel is clean and friendly. Not overly friendly but a very pleasing reception area and they have warm cookies in the evening. This hotel is located by the airport but you can not hear a thing-at least I didn't. The weird thing is you have to sort of go through the buffalo wild wings parking lot to get here.... More

Driving east across the country, this Fairfield Inn has the advantage of being on the outskirts of Amarillo, giving you a bit of a head start in the morning. Most of the restaurants are a few miles to the west along I-40, but The Big Texan is only a couple of exits away. Relatively new, with a flashy décor, the... More

Very friendly front desk staff who are most helpful with directions. Our room and the motel were very clean...looks remodeled. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise in that everything, including the eggs were edible. Salsa was even available. A very personable lady was in charge and thoroughly enjoyed pleasing you. One opportunity for improvement is the water. It had the... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. West Texas does have hard water. That is unfortunately something we do not have ability to control at this time but I will make sure the ownership is aware of your comments. We hope that we have... More
