We have stayed at lots of KOA's and this one is nothing special. You are in the middle of a field in between a military airport and a train track. Even though the place was half empty, the owners still managed to put everyone right together side by side and the spots are small. We had considered staying in an... More

This KOA is located in an industrial area near the airport (not just regular planes but military jets) and you pass 3 sexually oriented businesses before getting there. It was a clean campground but there seems to be quite a few long term campers. There was a lot of in and out traffic (trucks and cars) through the night (we... More

Staff are very friendly. Dog park is wonderful. Bathrooms are spotless. A bit noisy with the trains and planes. Husband is an airplane lover, so he loves it. No grass to be had, just dirt. Internet keeps disconnecting all the time making it unusable. Glad we're here only 2 nights!

Clean campground. Not quiet, but part of the experience. Time for gravel, as the water stands in the streets. Help is always nice. No views, just enjoy what is in your camper and the great doggy playground.

Very polite and helpful staff. The grounds are very clean and they a nice area for dogs. Good play area for the children. If just passing through for one night, you won't have to unhook. Will stop here again.

This was an overnight stop for us - we did like it here apart from the constant sounds of the trains blowing their horns.. wholly molly it was non stop!! We had a very disrupted sleep that night - but overall it was great, good clean facilities. The lady in the store didn't seem to want to smile no matter... More

Looked very nice but too much noise , dog park was cool and fenced in , full hook ups was nice but it did seem like it was located in a less desirable area we drove for a least 20 minutes to get to a better looking area if your passing through it would work it was about 45 dollars... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do our best to make the experience at our park as wonderful as possible for all of our guests, but there are a few things beyond our control such as the noise in the area. Quality of the campground is ok, the staff is wonderful and helps you with questions and tips about interesting state parks nearby, restaurants. There is only one but, and that is that the surrounding is very noisy. There is a test center of military helicopters (? not sure what exactly it was), that also runs on Saturday, there is a... Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately we cannot control the noise coming from areas outside of our campground but we do have sites that are further away from these areas and would gladly have tried to move you if you had asked during your stay. This KOA is located right in the middle of a regional airport, a train station and a truck stop. LOUD train, plane and truck noises kept us up all night long, even over the air conditioning in the RV. We got no sleep at all that night. I did not give this place a "terrible" rating only because the facilities... More

We stayed 2 nights in a tent in the campground last May. First of all, I would say that we went to many KOAs both in the US and Canada in our lives, and this is the KOA we found had the nicest décorations (see pictures). It is really beautiful. The people at the reception were so nice and helpful.... More
