We requested a smoking room but had to call down to desk to get ashtrays. The carpet was very badly stained and the smoke detector was hanging down so I'm not sure it would even work. Loved my clean room, loved Sara Garza! She was the most delightful, friendliest and helpful GSR during my extended stay! She always had a smile on her face, every single time I went to the front desk...which was often! Five stars for Sara, for sure. Holly Martin

Front desk was great ... Thanks Harrison and he was busy! Good basic hotel. Nothing fancy but everything worked. Not the nicest Extended Stay America I have stayed at but no complaints. Remember for a family NO POOL but that was my fault for not looking
