All good room was clean! Looked like it was newly renovated, carpet and bathroom fixtures were new. The room had an odd smell may have been the newness of carpet? The bed was pretty firm for us (home is softer) Lobby and man at desk all fine. In my opinion it appeared to me lik the whole property was being renovated. All good for our stay!

This was THE BEST budget-friendly hotel we stayed at on our trip! The staff was friendly and professional, the hotel was clean. The room had every single amenity down to paper/pen and a laundry bag, which other hotels this price seem to have done away with. The room felt cozy, sheets were soft, microwave, fridge and bathroom very clean. Parking lot well-lit and Cracker Barrel a walk away. The sandlewood scented toiletries were nice as well, a nice change from the typical citrus/herb scent. Limited breakfast available too. Thanks for a great experience!

The hotel was clean and our room was large and comfortable. Nicely furnished. Walk-in shower was especially good for me since I am handicapped. My husband ate the breakfast and said it was standard and good. Plenty of parking. Nice service and friendly people. We will return.

No-one mentioned the extensive work being done on the 2nd floor when we booked nor when we checked in. We were awoken by the sound of workmen and the smell of resin/glue/chemicals was very strong all along the 2nd floor, the elevator and even in the breakfast area (directly below the work area. No apology when we checked out either.

Needed a place to stay on our way home from a trip to Arizona. We called Sleep Inn & Andy fixed us up with a reservation even though it would be a couple of hours before our arrival & promised to save it til 11PM which was plenty of time for us to arrive. We were greeted by friendly knowledgeable desk clerk (Andy) & were treated like royalty. A very pleasant experience.

New beautiful and VERY comfortable (the bed is heaven!) But I must warn you that they need to get their scheduling act together: they changed our room three times because they couldn't get what we wanted straight. Then at midnight they banged on our door to see if anyone was in there! It woke us up out of a sound sleep, which we were NEVER able to get back into after being scared to death. They said they were in the process of assigning our room to someone else and were just checking to make sure it was vacant. Hmmm... why were they even suspicious? They couldn't explain that part. End of story-- we left exhausted with another full day of driving ahead us.
