Checked in and was not notified that the pool was out of service. The front desk clerk was ALWAYS hiding in the back and out of site. He did not seem like he wanted to be there. No bags in the trash cans in the room. Beds were comfortable and decor was a nice touch. WORST BREAKFAST, out of items-... More

Awesome place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite, in March, 2014 while our daughter was on Spring break. Everything was modern and super clean! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub and even used the treadmill in the fitness center. Loved the TX shaped waffles in the morning. We would love to stay here again.

My family stopped here to sleep on a long road trip. This was a great place. Easy access off the interstate, comfortable and clean rooms, easy parking, accommodating staff, and a good breakfast selection. We walked next door to Outback Steakhouse the evening that we stayed which was perfect. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy. We... More

There are quite a few hotels in Amarillo but they evidently fill up on a Friday night. The prices seem a bit high for this west Texas town, but you don't have many options unless you want to travel for several more hours. The room was fine, although a bit crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking seems tight... More

We stayed here due to trip advisor reviews. The hotel was ok, but the decor is dark and the pool heater was out when we arrived. I think the most shocking thing was heavy metal music played in the breakfast area. Just a tip Sleep Inn...that doesn't seem family friendly.

pros: price, some style, easy off the highway, nice lobby. cons: noise carries below (had asked for quiet room), bathroom toilet and tub very low/small, breakfast items were more limited or were not working, could be cleaner (trash coming out of breakfast containers). Works for sure, but didn't think it was #2 spot.

We stayed here during the big snowstorm that swept the southwest and were grateful to find a very clean, fresh and new hotel (or it looks new). We had a long drive from Los Alamos, NM with the snow following us, so it was a tense drive. It was great to find an Outback next door; although we were not... More

After traveling for more than 12 hours this was a nice place to sleep. We were just passing on our way to our vacation and needed a place to sleep. So I booked this hotel in advance. It had good reviews on trip advisor. Breakfast was very good the next morning too.

Stopped here for and over nighter based on tripadvisor reviews. Was impressed by the quality of this Sleep Inn. Ben checked us in and was pleasant, polite and professional. We found the rooms and public areas clean and comfortable. Having an Outback Steakhouse about a 100' from the front door was a bonus! Breakfast was typical and good. Will stay... More
