Stayed at this Hotel for location and listed amenities. Wished I had done a better job in really checking amendities. Made reservation 2 weeks in advance for 7-day stay and notifeid the front desk I needed late check in. Upon my 9PM arrival they told me they were 100% booked despite my reservation. Having stopped at two other hotels on I-40 I cannot understand why the Hilton Garden Inn only rates 8th. The staff and rooms are far superior and we are looking forward to our next stay at the end of this month. more
Typical Hilton Garden Inn. Very clean and everyone was very nice. Was upgraded to a nicer room. Ample parking. Very quiet. And as a bonus there are loads of prairie dogs in the fields around the hotel. Fun to watch those little guys. more

This particular Hilton Garden Inn was on par with all the others I've stayed at. The hotel was somewhat new in construction, right at the west edge of town on I-40. Very nice high quality hotel. Room was great! Bed was no so great. However, we were really unsure how to work the mattress by numbers thing so it might have been an user error. Would go back. more
