We stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites while visitng the Amarillo area over Thanksgiving. Upon our arrival, the desk clerk, Amber, was effecient, informative, and friendly. She recommended restaurants and provided directions to nearby attractions. Although the room was not the newest, it was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities, and a comfortable bed. Also, the shower was hot... more

We ;stayed at the Baymont in Amarillo going out West and we also stayed there on our trip back home. It was very comfortable and we were treated great. Also, it was located in an area where there was a large choice of restaurants. This was our first experience staying at a Baymont and we will look forward to many... more

We stayed here both coming and going and we'd stay there again.. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had a desk with wifi and a love seat that I think turned into an additional bed. The breakfast was more than adequate, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffels, bagels, coffee and oj.. The desk staff was amazing. We couldn't find... more

After reading some of the reviews here, I was a little wary when Priceline told me I'd be staying here. (I also would have saved about $5 a night by just booking directly, btw) I drove 7 hours in the Texas heat to get there, and pulled in about 4:30PM. The young lady working at the registration desk was VERY... more

The Manager wouldnt credit back my stay, and didnt seem to care. Files were charged on the maid, but I dont believe im going to see a dime. Have stayed there... more

Won this hotel on Hotwire, for only $ 43, so I guess I can't complain. Person at frontdesk was unfriendly, room was ok to sleep, bet airconditioner was very, very loud. It did the job though. Has a look at the pool and the gym, but both did not look very welcoming, so we didn't try. Left early in the... more

The bathrooms smelled like urine. The rooms are loud, you can hear this loud noise everytime someone around you showers. The comforters had holes in them, and the hallways smell like smoke. The free breakfast is a joke and the place where they served it was extremely messy with dried up food stuck on the appliances. I was not expecting... more

After I left they charged me 15.00 accusing me of taking a towel. I remembered telling the maids there were no towels at the pool and must have taken a room towel out to the pool. Make sure to check your statement. I'm having to hassle with phone calls to the manager now. more

Company booked hotel, I was concerned reading the reviews but pleasantly relieved to find the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The wireless worked throughout my entire stay. The breakfast had alot of variety. The staff are the jewel of this property, very friendly and it was nice that I could walk to many very good restauarants - now my... more
