Access is easy, but is only from a one-way adjacent to the intestate (I-40). Make sure to be in the west bound side, right lane. I've stayed at the Residence Inn several times in the last year on business. Unfortunately the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the "perks" of membership have declined significantly. There have been staff changes, not for the better. I won't be staying there again. more
