We stayed last minute - check in was quick and easy - found ice & pop easily and slept wonderfully in fluffy beds. The room and entire hotel was clean and fresh! We didn't eat breakfast there, but when we left there were several people eating. We will stay there again.

This hotel looks like it was part of a former chain but it is immense and with a little TLC and updates could be really special. Here are the positives: 1) great, helpful staff, 2) pet friendly, 3) located right off I 40 East, and 4) has room service/pick-up plus a retro restaurant with a hearty breakfast and catering for... My 8 year old son and I were travelling cross-country and decided to stop in Amarillo around 9:00pm for a few hours rest. After driving for 13 hours straight that day (keeping my son couped up for 13 hours!), I decided we would only stay in a hotel with a pool open late, so he could burn off some pent-up... More

We were driving through Amarillo to Denver and stopped here. The nightly rate was $85 and the check in was easy. There is a girlie bar next to the hotel but far away enough to suffice for a quick nights sleep. The room was surprisingly very pleasant. It looked clean and we liked the ceiling fan. The AC was cold... More

We stayed one night here. Check-in was fine. The carpet in the hallways need to be stretched BADLY. If someone unable to pick their feet up (an elderly person shuffling, for example), were walking down the hallways, they would be flat on their face. Our room was nice. The beds were comfortable. If you run the air, you have to... More

ONE person on duty! Isn't this an employee safety issue? Wrote corporate about it. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast is another matter at all hotels. They never have tomato juice or iced tea and usually the water dispenser is empty. Never any ice. And the food is rarely fresh.

This hotel is nice...the gentleman at the front desk was amazing and very helpful...the stay was comfortable and safe...i couldn't wait for the free hot breakfast...i would have to wait and wait though. The breakfast staff failed to account for the sold out hotel guest count and ran out of everything...took 25 min just for eggs to get done...very disappointed.... More

I was very optimistic going here and even more so when I saw my room next to the executive suites. What I found out was they shoved me into the executive broom closet. This room was awful. Stains on the bed, stains on the floor, tv from 1985 that made a squealing sound, air conditioner barely blew cold air and... More

On first look it appears to have been renovated fairly recently. Breakfast bar is long and narrow and becomes quite congested - poor planning on someone's part. Food was good, but they need a new toaster - one side doesn't work. During the night the air conditioning is turned off by management and it became very hot and stuffy. In... More
