I'm very sorry to hear that weren't impressed with your stay. Our pool and whirlpool are supposed to be digitally maintained at 89 and 100 degrees at all times. Please accept my apologies if this wasn't the case. As for the internet, I'm not sure what went wrong because we do offer free Wi-Fi through two separate networks to ensure... More

We booked a block of rooms for o yr wedding g here months in advance. At one point we called back to check and someone told us there was no reservation. We sorted it out luckily. Then on our wedding day we went to check in and they said there was no reservation foe our room even though we gave... More

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As I do handle initial group bookings, I'm very concerned to hear about this and would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me to provide more details. We have checked with our front desk associates, and no one recalls turning away any reservation on that particular weekend. Additionally, I personally contacted... More

Stayed at this hotel one night only with my spouse. When went to leave they asked us if all the towels were in the room. It was a weird question but we answered yes and we said we might have left one down at the pool but we weren't sure. They said okay Thanks. The next day I checked my... More

I'm very concerned to hear about this, James. Regardless of the situation, you should feel nothing but respected by my staff, and I sincerely apologize for any frustration you felt. I'm glad to hear that we were able to reverse the charges to your account, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. I'll be sure to... More

We rented the King Tut Suite for our wedding night and loved it. It's huge and feels like being in your own apartment. Hotel staff were nice and we liked the music selection in the pool area. Bed was very comfy, Only thing I would recommend is to be able to see the TV while you're sitting in the Jacuzzi.... More

I'm so glad we could help make your wedding day that much more special, Terry! If it felt like a home away from home, then I know we're doing something right. I will keep your feedback about the television in mind, and I look forward to welcoming you back on your anniversary! Best, Mohamed, Owner More

One of the best coffees I have ever had in similar motels , and the coffee was available hot almost round the clock. The breakfast, though compact was quite filling and refreshing . The Hotel's owner is extremely warm and friendly. The indoor pool is indeed a nice facility. Very conveniently located off the expressway, there are several restaurants and... More

Brown recluse in room (photo attached). Owner's kids screaming while learning to swim at indoor pool daily. Breakfast pastries stale. Luckily located on hwy access road for quick getaway. Management rude and i stayed in most expensive suite for a week spending well over 1,000.

Dear Ms. Champlin, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Once again, we regret having to ask you to leave the property as that was the only choice left for us at that point. We would apprciate it if you would refrain from posting fake reviews for our property. In the meantime, we wish you the best. More

We really enjoyed staying here! Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, super breakfast en best coffee we had all week. Situated just outside the crowded area of greater Dallas , Dallas centre within reach, close to perfect factory outlets. Our son was very happy with the indoor pool. Hotel is a bit hard to find.

This is by far the grossest hotel experience I have ever had. Upon entering our room there was a very heavy old lady perfume fragrance. After opening the window and airing out the room we began to notice a weird mildew smell. After about 36 hours, the perfumed cover up scent was gone and what remained is the smell of... More
