Stayed at the HGI in Allen for three nights on a business trip. Everything was as you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Internet worked well. Hot water in shower was plentiful. Breakfast was fine, considering that it was included in rate. A solid option in the Allen area for business travelers. Book away! more

i stayed for a night in a room with 2 queen beds. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the service(front desk, customer service )was excellent and courteous). the hotel is located next to I75 which makes it really convenient to get around allen/plano/dallas. i highly recommend this hotel. more
