A/C unit very noisy - can't hear TV when its going. TV is too far away from bed when trying to watch TV in bed. The desk in the room is facing away from TV so you have to move it 180 degrees in order to watch TV while you work.

Room was very nice, spacious, and very clean! I slept well after a long day's work. Breakfast was good, a yogurt and banana on the run hit the spot. I was able to get some work finished in the morning before heading out, as their internet connection is pretty solid.

The room had a fresh, clean scent when we arrived. The sleeping area and bathrooms as well as all of the linens were clean. Everyone on staff, from the front desk staff, to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were super friendly. They served a nice, complimentary breakfast with many options. I've stayed at most of the hotels in Alice when I'm down to visit with family and enjoy the Hampton Inn the best. Tried to check in on a reserved room, and was told that the room was not ready, and when it was ready that the a/c was leaking, the next room offered had animal fur and urine, the last room offered we had to wait for cleaning, but it only looked as if the beds were made. We waited 2 hours... More

Bathroom was dirty and unkept. Three adults and only two towel sets in the room but we were charged for the three adults. Stayed here for one night. The lobby and breakfast area are very nice. The staff were all friendly. The beds were very comfortable.
