Stayed at this "hotel" for 4 days. We got a good deal on hotwire - but I would argue that this in NOT a 3.5 star hotel! This is more like a converted apartment building than a hotel! From the moment of check-in throughout the entire stay, this hotel was just perfect. the staff is so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. Our room was clean, well stocked and perfectly comfortable. The conference arrangements were great too. There always seemed to be fresh water and coffee. Front desk, coffee service at restaurant and bar service all nice. Business center needs work, but at least they had one. Room was big and comfortable, but the sheets, lousy mattress pad didn't fit king size bed so it kept coming undone while sleeping!! Towels are old and not absorbent.
