Located in a good central area of Addison within walking distance to many good restaurants, and a short drive to the rest. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a good pub right around the corner called The Londoner, with ok pub food and good beer/liquor selection. There is a Flying Saucer just about... more

Addison is the late night hot spot of the Dallas suburbs. This Holiday Inn is just a few blocks from the best "evening on the town" restaurants and joints - Glorias, Trulucks, Clay Pit, Hooters, Champps and 30 others are all nearby. As is the 4-star Intercontinenal hotel. It's a nice area. But when you're not out having a great... more

Hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location. Every kind of restaurant is only a few steps away. We were disappointed that we were not warned about the renovations going on at the time of our stay. We were awakened by a man outside our window with a stone saw cutting holes in the brick. With very few... more

Upon checking in I handed to the front desk my Priority Club card to ensure that the number had been entered correctly during the reservation. I was told that the number was indeed incorrect ant that they would amend it. I was then passed my room key/card folder and a small complimentary bag containing some snacks. The following morning while... more

We booked through Priceline. We didn't intend on staying in Dallas so this was last minute. We hoped to get adjoining rooms but they were all full so we were across the hall from each other. No worries. The hotel was nice. The elevators were no frill. It seems odd to be commenting on an elevator but my husband even... more

This hotel was comfortable and a good place to stay. The staff was mediocre, but the room was spacious and worth the price paid. Overall, it was average. more

We booked Fri & Sat, 5/4 & 5/5, thru Priceline at $42/night + taxes & fees. I'm normally a business traveller, but we wanted N. Dallas area to visit our son in Lewisville and visit a few N. Dallas attractions and shops, and was disappointed when I saw we got the HI as a 3*, especially after reading the reviews... more
