The circumstances of our trip were unfortunate, however the hotel management went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had to evacuate South Mississippi due to a hurricane and we searched for hotel rooms from Jackson, MS all the way to Memphis. Days Inn was one of the only properties with a room left. Not only did they give us an extremely fair price ($69 per night when they could have charged us a lot more), they let us bring our pets (which is normally against their policy). We reserved the room for 6 days thinking we may need the room that long, but when we decided to check out after only three days, they didn't even charge us the standard cancellation fee. The hotel was filled with people who evacuated the hurricane and the management of this hotel really made the transition as easy as possible for all of us.
