I stayed for just a few nights but, once again my stay was pleasant. Comfortable room. I requested a smoker and received what I asked for. Affordable. Clean. The service was wonderful. Polite, courteous staff willing to make my stay a great one. Thank you, again! more

I had booked online, got the confirmation number and thought all was well. Got there easily, around 7:00 pm and found out there was no reservation. Problem was with the booking site. The fellow on duty couldn't have been more helpful. He saw to it that we got the same room we wanted and for the same price. He had... more

I booked one nights stay at Antioch Quarters Inn in May 2009. We arrived late that evening due to never being able to find the hotel. When we arrived we were in for more than a treat. The hotel exterior is very ran down and scary looking. We arrived at 2:00 AM in the morning and needless to say there... more

Sorry, that you felt scared. We had a group of musicians that day, that came back late from downtown that night. The guest had an issue with paying for an extra person that see did not mention at check-in, the guest checked out and I asked her to pay for the 3rd guest and she argued but, did pay. We...

This place is not worth your time! Three weeks before I was headed down to Anitoch, I called the hotel and talked to an actual person. They took down my information, name, reserved my room with my credit card number and provided a confirmation number. When I get there however, they don't have my reservation and try to act like... more

At check-in I was at the desk checking the guest in, we were having trouble finding the guest reservation because our system was down. Sorry, that you felt I was doing you a favor and blaming online. The online you booked with was our website so, that would be our fault. I informed the guest that we will give you...

We were pleased with our stay. The room was clean and obviously recently renovated. The room was very quiet. The free breakfast was filling with fresh made waffles, donuts, juice and cereal. We used a coupon from a hotel book for Tennessee, and they graciously accepted it even though it was after 10pm when we arrived without a reservation. Just... more

Stayed for a week at this hotel in July 2009 and had several rooms rented for extended family. No complaints. Owner and family members constantly asked how our stay was going and if anything could be done. Great value for the money. We could've spent $1000 in a chain hotel with little money to spend on anything else or stayed... more

Orbitz rates this facility as 3 stars - it doesn't come close. You can check off the amenities: it does have a microwave, an LCD TV, a refrigerator, granite counter tops and a jetted tub but these do not always add up to 3 stars. This is an aged, old-style, "L"-shaped, two-story motel "updated" maybe 10 years ago located on... more

You can get better motel at a cheaper rate. This motel does not live up to it’s web page. Rooms not cleaned very well, bathrooms are certainly a bit 'yucky' Beds on platform of wood which look like cheap plywood unpainted. Night 1 - no bathroom tissue and whirlpool bath not working which was the reason we booked here. Told... more

I don't consider myself a particularly picky person, but after finding this place on Expedia and reserving a room depending on their 4 of 5 star review...I've got to admit it was a dump. After a 9 hr drive, we arrived at 1:00 am and were too tired to really be very critical. As we walking into the moldy smelling... more

Antioch Quarters Inn & Suites, is no longer the Vista Inn and Suites, I, the owner have made a huge change for our quality customers. The property has been renovated from inside on March 2009. We are still working on the outside. The rooms are modern looking, brand new furniture with granite tops, wall scone lighting, working desk with lamp...

I was really concerned when i pulled into this 1950's dilapidated motor lodge. Hotwire is peddling this dump as a 2 1/2 star hotel. What a complete and utter joke. I decided to at least give it a shot by checking in. Made my way past the questionable patrons mingling around the parking lot to my room. Too many horrific... more
