Stayed for 6 nights. Had to change room after first night due to proximity to elevator - I'm a light sleeper. The staff assisted without question. Great customer service during my entire stay. Room was clean. Furniture showed a few signs of wear but the duvet is freshly washed for each new customer and on day four during an extended... More

This hotel's lobby and breakfast area is not very nice. It's not very updated and it's way too small. It just gives you a feeling of a cheap place. The room was clean but not very updated. Overall I just felt like I was in a lower-quality brand hotel than a Hampton while I was there. Everything about it was... More

PROS: HD channels. Hot breakfast. Close by mall, restaurants and gas station. Bigger ref and microwave in room. Fair sized outdoor pool. 2 elevators. CONS: narrow parking spaces. Smallish rooms. Small gym- no drinking water- waited to change water dispenser but not changed in 2 hours at least. Close by numerous intersections. No cookies in lobby. Older gym equipment. No sauna.... More

Stayed one night on our way south to Orlando. This Hampton is not special, although it's clean and fine for one night. The elevator smelled really strange - every time we used it. OK breakfast. Garmin's directions coming from the north are not correct. Get off at exit 60, not 59 - you'll end up going in circles. More

I've stayed at dozens of hotels, but this is one of the recently 'revised' Hamptons with the "Cloud Nine" mattresses that I hadn't tried before my stay in Antioch. Let me just say, it was out-of-this-world. Single best night's sleep I've ever gotten at a hotel. This was probably especially due to my upgrade to a suite room -- which... More

This was the best Hampton that I have ever stayed at!!!!! The room was clean, the staff pleasant, and the breakfast bar was delicious. However, what really mad the trip was the general manager, Bruce Neal. I asked a lot of questions about the area and how to get to various locations. He was so patient and kind!!! He very... More

We were on a road trip from Florida back to Ohio and we decided to do some sightseeing in Nashville, TN. Most of the hotels in the downtown area were about $130 plus parking, so we called this location which we got for about $120 with free parking, it was a little out of the way, but we had our... More

The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! The rooms had just been remodeled and were in excellent condition and very cleaned! The breakfast each morning was good and all the staff was very helpful with providing directions and recommendations on where to eat and places to see. There was a problem with water leaking in the lobby, due... More

Stayed one night. Clean, no smoking room had no odor of smoke as some do. Friendly, responsive staff. Cookies and snack bags available. Free breakfast was the norm. Not great, but passable. There is a restaurant in the hotel right across the street and it was pretty good. Free wireless high-speed Internet. One note: Garmin gives incorrect directions when coming... More

The hotel was clean, but very expensive when it comes to amenities. Internet connection was a constant problem, and staff could not help. I had to go to Kinko's to get my work done, cost me an additional $40.00. More
