I flew into Knoxville Airport (TYS) late one evening and checked in to the hotel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean. The wireless internet was easily accessible. While I didn’t stay long (I checked out the next morning), the experience was very positive. A reasonable continental breakfast was included. If you... more

Upon driving up to the hotel this looks like the typical Country Inn hotels you see when driving by. The lobby wasn't anything spectacular but it was extremely clean looking and there were no musty smells upon first entering. It appears the hotel may have had some renovations and could probably use a few more. Since we booked the reservations... more

This hotel is nicely located, a few minutes from the Knoxville airport. The shuttle service to and from airport was prompt and courteous, and I found all staff to be friendly and cheerful. Rooms were immaculately clean with nice amenities. Bed was large and comfortable. In my 2-night stay there, I had a chance to try both the pool and... more

The hotel lobby is warm and inviting. This is a little different than the other properties by Country Inn that I have stayed at in the past. The rooms are not divided suites, but some do have a separate sitting area with a couch and coffee table. In any case, the room was clean, but due to an air conditioner... more

Very clean, very pleasant environment. Very good lighting in parking lot. Large rooms with comfy beds, microwave and refrigerator are very nicely decorated. Located right across the highway from the Tyson Airport. Very prompt shuttle service. Nice complementary breakfast with everything that you normally expect: juice, coffee, milk, fruit, cereal, yogurt, waffles, pasteries, etc. Helpful front desk staff. Business and... more

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! We had flown into Knottsville late in the evening. We were driving to Pigeon Forge the next morning and needed a place to stay near the airport. When we walked into the room, it was an instant "Wow!". The room was very large, spotlessly clean and amazingly quiet. You'd never know... more

If you need to stay in Knoxville, Alcoa is not too far away, assuming you have a car. This hotel was farily new, and very nice for the relatively cheap price we paid. The initial service was poor, but that seemed to be because of an incompetant worker. Other than that if you get a good rate, go for it. more
