Everything was fine until we were 3 minutes late for breakfast on Sunday morning after the switch to Daylight Savings Time. Although we thought it was 9:00, we had forgotten to change the clock, and even though my wife went to the front desk, they refused to let us have a bowl of cereal. Very poor public relations. more
