It is beautifully decorated, I give them that. All brand sparkling new and done in that spa-Zen sort of decor. Had an extended stay here with colleagues and the down sides became evident rapidly. The hotel has the feel of a resort hotel.... in the off season. Oddly minimal staffing and all of them tasked with doing double and triple duty. If anyone ordered room service, you're not going to find the desk clerk for a while because that's where they are. A stunning bar....but no bartender. They have everything set up for a breakfast buffet but it sits unused. The "laundry facilities" consist of three empty hookups and one lone dryer with an out of order sign on it. All but one soda machine out of order. No microwave available anywhere. Occassionally no room service due to no chef available. Food supply rotation in restaurant was not good at all - the fruit in particular got slimier and slimier as the week went on.
