The location was good, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Very disappointed, however in the way they chose to handle some maintenance problems. They had maintenance people there between the hours of 4-6pm and had to turn off all the water in the building. They acknowledged that they knew about this well in advance- but said nothing... More

We had the good fortune to spend nearly 24 hours here during the recent snow and ice storm. The manager and her staff were extraordinarily accommodating and made sure all the guests were well cared for and fed as all local restaurants were closed. Well done and many thanks!

I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the last two years. It is always nice, the staff friendly, and the hotel clean and in good condition. They have a small fitness room but the equipment is in decent condition so it will work for a quick workout. The WIFI works well and that is a plus. You... More

Great hotel right off of I-85, near restaurants and shopping. Staff was very nice, rooms were great. For a short stay this hotel is great. Continental breakfast was good and check-out is not until noon.

Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast people, were all wonderful and so accommodating. My daughter had a late soccer game on Saturday and they allowed her to come back and shower before we headed home. We were given a great restaurant suggestion for Friday night and since there wasn't a refrigerator in the room, they held... More

I spent 15 extra dollars for the king suite. What a great deal. Not only lots of room but the sleeping space is way away from the hall and much quieter. Also, one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in

We just left this hotel yesterday after staying at this location for nearly a month. I have to say that the people who work there are some of the most accommodating and kind people we've ever met. Our room was always clean and the location is perfect. The people there went out of their way to assist us with any... More

I agree with the loud AC, mentioned by others. It was enough to wake us whenever we turned over. We got back to sleep easily, but were aware of AC issues all night long so we moved to another hotel for our second night. Also, the mattress seemed to be foam, though we didn't take off the sheets to look.... More

OK let me explain my shout on the Jacuzzi. This is the negative about this hotel. Not only does the Trip Advisor professional photos show a Jacuzzi and cabana, so does the hotel's website show the same. There has not been a Jacuzzi at this hotel now for a year and a half according to the front desk clear when... More
