Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. Great outdoor areas.Staff is very professional and always accommodating. Consistently add personal touches. The beautiful women who serve breakfast and whatever else is needed are among the best assets this amazing place has. Thanks Angie and Andrea you girls are wonderful and make a great place truly UNFORGETTABLE!

The downtown location of the Carriage House Inn makes the B&B an easy choice. We so enjoyed our stay on July 4-6 that we rearranged our itinerary and went back to spend one more night on July 10. The highlight of this B&B was the staff, primarily Andrea and Angie. The ladies put together the most delicious breakfast offerings including... More

We had a very comfortable stay at the Carriage House. Great location. Easy walking, right out the door to restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. Our room #15 was very clean, comfortable and quiet, bright and cheery. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the wi-fi. The breakfasts were bacon and eggs type fare, cooked to order. Nothing fancy, but perfectly good! We... More

This B&B is right downtown, and is steps away from the shops and restaurants in Aiken's very nice downtown area. The facility is comfortable, clean, and the staff very attentive. Nice breakfast each morning too.

We stayed at the inn this weekend for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. We were in the jacuzzi room and were even served breakfast in bed the next morning. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

Adorable and affordable. We got upgraded to room #16, and it was perfect: centrally located, clean, quiet, private enterance and balcony, jacuzzi tub, reliable wifi, flat-screen tv, and perfectly acceptable breakfast. I peeked into two other units as we were leaving, and they were good, but #16 was much larger. Pro tip: most everything in Aiken's downtown closes by 6:00... More

You won't be disappointed with the accommodations, location (excellent), staff that treat you like family, competative room pricing, and the breakfasts are not the typical eggs and bacon (unbelievably great). This was our 3rd stay and it won't be out last, until we build our home in Aiken.

Our two night stay in the side house was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and the kitchen staff accommodated my special diet graciously. They also went above and beyond, serving us a hot breakfast an hour earlier than normal serving time. The location is very convenient to downtown shopping and entertainment.

Stayed last night for Valentines Day... the room was nice- had a jacuzzi tub, & king size bed and the breakfast this morning was yummy.. But the room had no heat....My fiancé found a extra blanket in the closet but no thermostat to turn the heat up. This morning I talked to a staff member who said the heat for... More

Dear Michael K. Thank you for spending Valentine’s Day with the Carriage House Inn. We are happy that you enjoyed the room and your breakfast. My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting family in Aiken. We found the inn to be about the same price as some of the hotels in the area, with a fantastic southern feel and location, right on the Main Street of Aiken, very close to all the quaint shops and restaurants. We stayed in the outbuilding... More
