Overall, my 3-month business stay has been great, with mostly hospitable staff, clean facilities, and friendly service. However, one sour note: I had been waiting for a Priority Mail envelope (containing a check) for a while. I asked the desk staff to notify me as soon as it arrived. Hotel was extremely clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was not as mentioned by other reviews or on the hotel website. It was a minimal continental breakfast with little or nothing to choose from. The pool was also very small. Overall, these were my only complaints and the cleanliness of the hotel made up for these. more

This was our second stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Aiken. Although the majority of the staff were excellent (housekeeping, the breakfast room and reception staff), the manager was not. For some reason, when we asked for extra blankets he would not give them to us but said they would be sent to our room. There was no... more

Absolutely a GREAT hotel - staff - wonderfully helpful and always greeted you with a smile! Accomodations were fantastic (extended king w/whirlpool was a HIT!) Super location - a DEFINITE return! more
