We recently stayed here and must say the staff was great. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a professional, friendly and inviting staff. Our rate was actually lower then expected. We traveled with a pet and all our needs were met. Every morning, breakfast is available and it was delicious. The variety of options was the best we have... More

We made a reservation as part of a group for a soccer tournament. Quoted $89 which appears to be their typical rate but he moved rates up $10 due to a guarantee sell out for the weekend. When we checked in at 7pm we were told that it would be $10 additional dollars per night and he wouldn't honor the... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful and were welcoming. They were supportive of our softball team. The lobby was welcoming and the appearance. They kept the breakfast area well stocked. The staff was very knowledgeable of the area. The hotel meet our expectations.

The room appeared clean, but I always take a Clorox wipe and wipe things down myself anyway. Our first 2 rooms smelled smoky most likely because they were close to the designated smoking area in the back of the hotel, but we had no problem getting changed to one that did not have those issues. It was a very quiet... More

The biggest surprise here was how quiet room 323 is, even though it's next to the elevator. Everything that went bad with my previous visit didn't happen this time. The best thing is that when I accidentally left my ham radio transceiver in the room, they called me quickly and returned it to me. If my travels take me to... More

I stayed here for 3 nights during the Masters. The rate we paid was high for the class of hotel, but that was the only complaint I had. The staff were wonderful, happy to arrange restaurants, the rooms clean and fresh, the beds comfy and hotel well located for restaurants and also the Masters golf tournament. Good wifi, free water... Stayed here for the Master's golf tournament.Checked in around 11pm on Friday night without any problems. The room was not very large, but it was easy to walk around in and very clean. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable with plenty of hot water (even during peak time). The breakfast was not impressive in quality, but I grabbed... More

Was not sure about this hotel, but could not have been more wrong. Everything was clean, comfortable and as you would hope for in this type of hotel. I left items in the safe, rang the hotel as soon as I knew and the arranged overnight freight for me. I was able to fly home! Not an easy place to... More

We stayed here for one night while attending this years Master's golf tournament. If you don't mind the 25 minute drive to Augusta National it's worth the stay--it's just slightly longer than staying out by Daniel Field or some of the other suburbs of Augusta. The people were gracious, the rooms were fairly large and had modern bathrooms and most... More

This hotel is very clean, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Only down side it is a fair distance from Interstate but close to Augusta and in an excellent area for restaurants and shopping.
