This was a real find. Only a few minutes outside Aiken and a few miles from the I-20 and yet total peace and calm. The innkeepers Heidi and Bob gave us a great welcome and then left us to enjoy their lovely grounds. The house is light and spacious with sitting areas to relax in and the rooms had everything... more

Reviewer: Patrick & Shirley, Bucks. UK This is a beautiful house situated in a leafy district a few miles from the centre of Aiken. The host and hostess are both friendly and very helpful. Our room was most comfortable and equipped with everything we might need. There is a pleasant guest sitting room and balcony. Highly recommended. more

We were in Aiken for a weekend marriage conference, and stayed at the Town and Country Inn. Bob and Heidi (the proprietors) gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, the full breakfast was excellent, and the price was right. Recommended. more

I stayed at the Town and Country Inn and Barn for 4 nights. On my next visit to Aiken I will stay here again. There are 5 guest rooms, each with their own bath. TV included, which I did not expect. The rooms are upstairs. Very clean and comfortable. There is also a sitting area upstairs which is like a... more

What a wonderful weekend break - a 2.5hr drive from Charleston and then to find TOwn and Country Inn, well situated and in close proximity to restaurants. Our room was very comfortable - liked the touches in the bathroom and breakfast was tasty and not rushed - it was delightful to spend time on Sunday morning after breakfast just relaxing... more

The Town and Country B&B was recently taken over by a pleasant young couple, Bob and Heidi, and their two young daughters. My wife and I used the B&B for four days at the end of October, 2006, while looking for a winter home in Aiken. The location of the inn is quite convenient, just off Whisky Road (a main... more

The Town and Country was wonderful! Our hosts Jane and her son were there to greet us even at the late hour we arrived and in the rain to get our horses settled in. The barn is neat and clean and we had use of a turn out during the day. The Inn was comfortable and homey and breakfasts were... more

The new owners, Bill and Jayne, provide a great experience for anyone visiting Aiken. For folks like us who are moving to Aiken and building a new home, it is a home away from home. They provide a cooked-to-order breakfast, and tasty baked treats in the evening. The rooms are cozy and the location is relaxing. more

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel at home, with excellent breakfast and evening desserts to expand the waist line. You can see the horses with Dave, curl up by the fire or just enjoy the gardens. If you are looking for a base to spend time in Aiken or a place to rest for you nad... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Town 'n Country. David and Marlene prodided a much needed "island of sanity" for us during 3 hectic, stress-filled and energy-draining days as we completed plans for our retirement home in Aiken. Being able to select our breakfast menu the evening b4 is an "extra" not found at many B&Bs. Made the welcome seem... more
