When we opened the door and found the light switch, the first thing we saw was the stains on the floor. The 2 chairs had stains and mold growing on the bottom of them. I had reservations here, checked the room and chose not to stay. The room smelled of mold and/or mildew. The room looked warn, fatigued and depressing. This is a motel with doors opening to the parking lot or to a balcony on the 2nd floor rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. more

We had made a reservation over the internet based on the reviews and the price. The room had a terrible smell, with no other words to describe this place as a "dump". We couldn't get out of this hotel any faster and ended up staying in the Comfort Inn in Clearfield, PA. I can't believe AAA would recommend this hotel. more

Stayed in late March on way home from vacation. Very clean room, comfortable bed, quiet location, handy to restaurants. Courteous and helpful front desk. The room could have used an alarm clock and there was no fridge or iron and ironing board like there were in the other motels but for the price, more than adequate. Would likely stay there... more
