20 minutes from Easton PA where the Crayola Crayon factory is located, so the location is great. 10 minutes from the Lehigh Valley Mall. Appears to be a new mall being installed behind the hotel (a lot of construction going on). Based on other Microtels, this one is on the shabby side (the bathroom floor had a depression near the... more

The best for your money in the area. Lots of construction of upscale places. Christmas Tree Shop just opened within walking distance. Could not hear any noise of this inside the room. A bit of highway traffic from 22. It needs to be vacuumed under the desk by moving the chair! Front desk courteous. Breakfast is good. Only goes until... more

The Microtel Inn was fine for a one night stay. It was only $65.95 per night in a nonsmoking room with two queen size beds. The hotel was one of the cheapest we could find in the area, which was a requirement for college students on a budget. Our room was quite small but included a bathroom with soap and... more

If I could give this motel zero stars, I would. I chose this motel since I was taking my girlfriend to New York City the next day, and this would be a convenient stopover the night before. We arrived at the motel, checked in and decided to settle in our room and relax before heading out to dinner at a... more

Another value deal. Had the price been more, I don't think it would have been worth it. But at only about $60/night, it was the best deal in town. The room I stayed in had two double beds and seemed recently redecorated in a modern and pleasant way. The hotel is in a relatively seedy part of town. It's next... more

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. The ensuite bathroom is lovely and clean. Breakfast is nothing special but plentiful. Free long distance calls great if you're travelling and want to book ahead. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Good rates considering it's peak season. Only downfall is it's far from... more

Stayed here on the first night of a 19 night USA holiday - and never again will I grace the doors of a Microtel! I suppose you get what you paid for - BUT I expect cleanliness and courtesey and I got neither at this hotel. The woman who checked me in was so rude and discourteous - was more... more

Overall I would call this an average Microtel. The rooms are small and clean. This Microtel had a mini-fridge. The staff was nice and the breakfast had a little more than I am use to for a Microtel, but rather average when compared to other hotels. The bath towels were clean but seem to have a little funky smell I... more

If you're familiar with Microtels, this one is just like every other one: inexpensive, basic accommodations. I have stayed in this exact same room about 15 times in various locations across the U.S., and since that's what I'm expecting, I'm ok with it. If you want a clean, safe place to sleep & shower, then this will work fine. If... more

Hi. Stayed at the Microtel Allentown for an overnight trip to Dorney Park. As it was an August Saturday night, every hotel in the Allentown area was asking $100+ rates, so I gave the MicroTel a try at $67. Usually it's lower, but supply and demand rules. Like the other reviews said, it is Micro. Probably one of the smaller... more
