This was, by far, the worst place we had ever booked to stay at. We were on our way to a Phillies game from NY and stopped in Allentown to stay the night. The rooms were roughly $100 each, which we thought was steep. As our family neared our room, we found the "Carpet Fresh" smell too much to handle.... more

My boyfriend and I went there on Valentine's Day to Get away. On the phone the guy told me $99.99 I argued, because on the website it says $79.99. We got there and he charged us $110. It was not worth it! Cigarette burns on tub, microwave, and all over the sheets. Cobwebs all over. My boyfriend awoke with a... more

Stay away from this hotel. The first room I was give had dirty bed linens. We were given another room. This one was infested with cockroaches. My sister was so tired that I stayed up all night killing cockroaches while she slept. We should have looked for another place to stay. When we complained to the front dest clerk all... more

This hotel was horribly managed. The instant I pulled up, the first thing I see is the guy at the front desk locking the glass door and stating he's going to make a quick run and he'll be back. He hops in his car and disappears for 15 minutes, leaving me waiting. That would have been fine but it gets... more

I would not recommend staying here at all. First, the train tracks are approx. 50 feet from the hotel and every hour on the hour, at night, it comes through. There was no ice available. The rugs hadn't been vacuumed. The bed was made so the sheets (for the bottom sheet, which mind you was a spread sheet not fitted)... more

This has got to be the worst, most disgusting place to stay in the Allentown area. The only reason we stayed was because we had just spent the day at a funeral & had driven hours & we were all exhausted. Upon entering the first room we were given we immediately walked out & asked for our money back. We... more

Luckly, we were only staying there one night just to get some sleep after being at a concert. When we arrived there was a note saying the front desk man would be back in 5mins. After checking in we went to our room. The rooms were gross and had a smell. There was dust everywhere as if no one has... more

Black hairs in the sheets, ice not available, dirty room and drapes, unsavory characters hanging around outside our room until late...need I say more? OK, I will: One cup-at-a-time coffee brewer, fixin's for one cup regular and one cup decaf; talk about cheap!.Upon our demand, they furnished new bed linens, but this was small comfort. Breakfast was stale doughnuts and... more

My son and I arrived there late, after paying cash for 2 nights, we entered the room and it stunk..HORRIBLE...the drapery did not have enough hooks. They hung there on the window. The screen for the window was pulled out. We were on first floor so there was no way to even leave a window open to air out the... more
