This place is need of repair. The sheets in my colleagues room were dirty and the bathrooms needed renovation and a thorough clean. Not sure when last the carpets were vacuumed. The so-called breakfast was inedible and the coffee awful.

We visited Allentown to go to the Home Show, and decided to stay over night after a long day. Upon arrival the first bad sign NOT to stay there was the parking lot was not cleared of snow long after the storm. Like two days! There were hardly any parking spots, We had to put our vehicle in four wheel... More

This place is a low income apartment complex. The outlets were hanging out of the wall, carpet was pulling up,tile was loose in the bathroom, spider webs everywhere and dirt streaks on the wall. What a dump.

I've really never stayed at a hotel where I don't think they have maids at all... I swear all they do is change the sheets and towels and give you new soaps.... They seriously need to step up the housekeeping at this place! There are literally cobwebs on the ceiling.... Gross.

The room smelled of smoke beyond comfort, very difficult to breath. After turning on the heat my husband and I left and returned at least 5 hours later. The room was absolutely freezing. we checked the heater, it was on high and blowing out freezing cold air. I called the front desk to at least ask for an extra blanket... More

Rooms are small if you have a family, was only 2 people so it worked for us. Didn't care that housecleaning entered our room without knocking or announcing themselves ! They didn't even bother to apologize once they entered the room and saw us in the room. I also had to deal with a rude woman at the front desk,... More

Heading to Dorney from Staten Island. Wanted to stay over to make AM trip quicker. Checked in @ midnight. Woman ( Annette) was rude and nasty. Was more interested in organizing her desk than acknowledging the human in front of her. I was the only one in there, never asked my name. Then she proceeded to ignore me. Then helped... More

We were in desperate need of a hotel and no other hotels had any vacancies so we stayed in the only one available. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. There was black stains at the bottom of the shower curtains. The shower head fell off while showering . It is not the safest hotel. The building alarm went off at... More
