I didnt have a great experience at this b&b. My husband developed a skin rash after sleeping on the sheets of our queen sized bed.The rooms felt dungeon like with a somewhat old, dreary atmosphere. The sheets were not crisp or cool to the skin, I can only hope they were changed for us. The little lake outside had stagnant... More

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this B&B and have no complaints. The rooms are very clean and Maria is a very nice host. Went with my boyfriend for a nice getaway and when we got there she upgraded us to a better room for the same price. Highly recommend this place.

We rented an apartment for the second time there and surely will come back next year. It is an excellent place to escape from the big city. Very clean, well equipped, very quiet complex, great location near state parks for hiking and absolutely great breakfast. Can't say enough about the hospitable service and the pleasant accommodations. We would highly recommend... More

Porch had a lot of clutter. Inn-keeper says going to salvation army. (huge eyesore) Inn-keeper has a so called store which was untidy and should have been put in another location for her guests to see/view. Inn-keeper says that the BREAKFAST will be served at 9:00am. Was excited because I thought is would be a nice HOT breakfast. It wasn't.... More

We were a group of 6 friends who stayed there for 2 nights in October. We had booked the 2 bedroom apartment which had extra futons in the huge living area. Maria is a generous and accommodating host and opened up the other restroom for us on the first floor also since there were no guests on that floor. The... More

Our stay was cozy. Maria is a great host. Very comfortable home. Great location , close to the Skirmish paintball center. There were plenty of sheets and pillows. We stayed in the apartment upstairs. My son and his friend were very happy. I would definitely visit again in the near future. Michael F. from Staten Island, NY

My family and I have been coming to Maria's bed and breakfast for well over 10 years. The bed and breakfast is absolutely beautiful. Each room is uniquely decorated, cozy, and updated frequently. It's conveniently located by various attractions such as Pocono Raceway and Jim Thorpe. Breakfast is phenomenal and is served in an exquisite dining area. If you love... More
