We go to Ashland almost every year to see the plays, and we've chosen this place for over 20 years now. The innkeepers are friendly and competent, the rooms are comfortable, and breakfasts are delicious. The swimming pool's a real plus in hot weather. The quiet neighborhood, walking distance to theaters, is a plus in any weather. Even the cat... More

Do not stay at Romeo Inn when you are in Ashland. This is OUR home away from home, and we want to have a room available to us at all times. You wouldn't like it here. The delicious three-course breakfasts will make you FAT and you'll never be able to look at a box of cereal again. The pool and... More

I don't know if it is the visual of the Cape Cod designed house as we turn the corner on Idaho St., or, if it is the aroma of fresh baked cookies that exhales into your face as you enter the Romeo Inn upon arrival. Most definitely, the cheery and familiar, "Welcome back you two" sets my mood for relaxation.... More

My husband and I began spending our Oregon Shakespeare Festival week at the Romeo Inn back in 2000. This fabulous b and b merits an A-plus in every way, starting with the delightful innkeepers, Deana and Don Politis, and including Buster, the gentlemanly (outdoor) orange cat. The six beautiful and comfortable rooms are all furnished and decorated differently, each with... More

My annual trip to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival always includes staying at the Romeo Inn. Don, Deana and Buster are fabulous hosts, and this trip included extremely hot days that had many of us congregating on the back patio. Iced tea, cookies, great patio furniture, and even a pool to enjoy. All this on top of comfortable beds, tasty breakfasts,... More

Thank you for your kind words. It was great to see you. We always look forward to your visit! The weather was a bit toasty during your stay. The pool, iced tea, cookies and the air conditioning were all in high demand. We are excited that you will be visiting us a second time this season. Buster is counting the... More

This was our second wonderful visit to the Romeo Inn with Deana, Don, and Buster making our anniversary delightful just as they had done on our last anniversary visit with them. The hosts really know how to make their guests feel special with exquisite, artfully prepared breakfasts which varied, even with the elegant china and individual place settings, each of... More

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We were delighted when you chose our inn to celebrate your wedding anniversary! We are glad you enjoyed the spacious Stratford Suite, the inn, the gardens, and (of course) Buster. He appreciated all of the attention you gave him during your stay. Each morning, it was so much fun to hear about... More

The Inn is immaculately clean, well built, quiet, comfortable bed and the breakfast was 5 stars. We were able to walk to downtown Ashland to sight see and have dinner and we took a delightful neighborhood walk in the morning as exercise.

I've stayed at Romeo Inn twice now, and will book again next year when I head to Ashland for my annual theatre feast. The inn is located in a very nice area, within walking distance of downtown. The grounds and layout of this B and B are very attractive and inviting. Don and Deana are truly gracious hosts, and will... More

We stayed there three nights to attend the Ashland Shakespeare plays. It was a very clean and nice place. The owners were very friendly. The breakfasts were good except the coffee was a little weak. The bedroom was very clean. It's a bit overpriced as far as I'm concerned. We are going to stay in Jacksonville next time where the... More
