I am a researcher by nature and believe that the place where you stay and rest your head at night is essential to the vacation experience - it is not just a room for sleep. We stayed in Suite #7 and it was a most memorable experience room-wise and hotel-wise. This very small hotel is unique in its history with... More

There is no better place to stay in Ashland than the Peerless. From the welcoming and considerate staff to the attention to detail throughout the lovely establishment, everything was simply wonderful. Also included in the stay is gourmet breakfast at the Peerless Restaurant and that is great, too. This was our third trip to Ashland and our third stay at the... More

From the moment we stepped into this charming, small European type hotel, we felt a warm welcome. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room (Number 2) was spacious, yet comfy and cozy. We loved all the special details from the satellite music, to the yummy cookies and "love" notes left on our pillows each night. Breakfasts were out... More

This is a beautiful and romantic little inn. All the rooms are elegantly decorated and very clean. Breakfast is always an adventure to the taste buds, as something really unique and delicious is always served. We try to spend time here every few months.

This is a very nice destination in Ashland. The room was comfortable, the building itself is very nicely appointed and has an interesting history. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is wonderful. My wife and I are vegan and they made us some amazing alternate breakfast dishes - we didn't have to settle for just side courses. It's a... As longtime attendees of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, we have stayed in many inns and B&Bs in Ashland, OR, but the best by far has been the Peerless Hotel. We stay in Suite 7, which we think is the nicest room to be had --- roomy, quiet, and creatively and elegantly decorated. The staff are attentive and keep the standards... More

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Peerless made us welcome. We had a case of wine from Willamette and they let us store it in a first floor closet rather than lug it up to our room on the second floor. Breakfasts at the Peerless were some of the best meals we had all week in Oregon.... More

Beautiful remolded hotel from the early 1900's. If you love authentic looking comfortable rooms you'll love the Peerless. Amazing breakfast was included in the rate as well! A few blocks from the main street of town, but worth the walk.

What a surprise! We did not expect it o be a small B&B and such a gem. The room we stayed (#1) was beyond belief, extremely well furnished and excellent decor including a large attractive mural next to the bed not to mention the high ceiling (15'?) with clouds and birds painted nicely. It was a memorable experience. The breakfast... More

The Peerless is a lovely little 'combo' of hotel and B&B - just what we were looking for. The place is lovingly restored, gorgeous, and our room - #3, a suite - was stunning. The historic preservation of this property was done the right way and that, plus a good location and an unobtrusive staff, made for a lovely stay.... More
