We have been staying here every year for the past 8 years and enjoy each visit even more than the last. The breakfasts are outstanding, particularly with the interesting conversation about the plays. I really like the outdoor patio and garden - perfect for relaxing. Looking forward to next year!

Everything anyone would want in a Bed & Breakfast. Clean, quiet and creative breakfasts. Rooms are comfortable and would not be considered "small." Owner willing to supply breakfast in a bag for those who must leave in the early morning. Owners are very personable and foster interesting conversations among the guest at the breakfast table.

Loved our trip to Ashland, especially our stay at Oak Hill B & B. Pat and Tom are wonderful hosts. Pat is so welcoming and reminded me of my mom. She's the best cook. Every morning was the great start to a great day. I can't wait to come back and be regulars here in Ashland and see more plays.... More

We returned to Oak Hill Bed & Breakfast in August for another wonderful experience with Pat and Tom Howard the Inn Keepers. We have been staying with them for years. Their location is convenient to the Shakespeare Festival, wonderful wineries, and great shopping in Ashland and nearby Jacksonville. Pat is an incredible cook and each breakfast was a delight. She... We have stayed at Oak Hill Bed and Breakfast for many years when we make our annual Ashland trip with our favorite traveling couple. The innkeepers at Oak Hill have become friends, and our yearly reunion just becomes better and better. The quality of the rooms, amenities, breakfast, play critiques, and wonderful conversations just gets better every year. The other... More

The husband & I stayed here 2 nights while visiting our son & his fiancée in Ashland. Great location, just minutes from our son & downtown Ashland. Pat & Tom are lovely people with a comfortable home who are happy to give you as much company or privacy as you desire. Spent both evenings visiting in their beautiful gardens &... More

Tom and Pat run a wonderful B&B. The rooms are very good sized for a B&B. Everything is immaculate. The common areas, especially the huge deck, are very inviting. The guests eat at a common table (indoors in inclement weather, otherwise outdoors in the garden), so lively discussion is encouraged. (If you want to be grumpy and alone at breakfast,... More

We just returned from Pat & Tom's Oak Hill Bed & Breakfast. We feel like family when we are there. We have stayed in a couple of different rooms but our favorite is the Garden Room. It is connected to the main house but you feel very private. The weather was hot with thunder showers but that didn't stop anyone... More

You don't know the meaning of a clean room until you have stayed here! Immaculate in every detail. And a wonderful and innovative breakfast served to guests all together unless you prefer to eat separately. Gives you a chance to meet other guests and hear about plays or activities you did not plan to include. Take time to talk with... More

Pat and Tom Howard are surely the best innkeepers in Ashland. They are deeply involved in both OSF and the community and are more than happy to answer any question you may have. Pat is a gourmet cook and is widely acknowledged as providing the best breakfasts in town. Wonderful beds and total comfort in the inn's common areas-we wish... More
