Run to Abigail's if you are ever in Ashland I was invited to Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival by a friend who said she knew a place. She told me this was her favorite place. I am not an easy person to please when it comes to B & Bs. All I can say is WOW. The exterior is inviting... More

Abigail's hosts, Susan and Adam, have smartly considered every detail to make their guests welcome and comfortable. My husband and I stayed two nights, were extremely impressed with the absolutely delicious breakfast, and found the Abigail Adams room immaculate, well designed, and offered everything we needed or wanted during our stay. Susan and Adam were both delightful, knowledgable, and helpful... More

My husband and I stayed one night at this lovely B&B and wished we'd have been able to stay longer. The room was so beautifully decorated with many of the amenities we enjoy. Would have enjoyed a bit more room in the bath and don't like having a sink in the bedroom area, but it was extremely clean and the... More

Not usually a fan of B&B's but I loved our stay at Abigail's. My mom and I shared the Abigail Duniway room which has a queen and a twin bed and a bathroom. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The tub/shower and toilet are in the bathroom and the sink is in the bedroom. There was lots of counter space... More

We stayed here November 8, 2015. Out of season and a cold rainy night, so we had the B&B to ourselves. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Good bed. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. The first course was a cobbler-like dish with stewed fruits, granola, and cream fraiche and a little fresh fruit. The second course were... More

We had business in Portland and last minute decided not to drive all the way back to Sacramento. We were about 1 1/2 hours out from Ashland and decided to stay (somewhere) and not drive all the way back home. We looked up inns and found this one and was very happy they had a room left. So happy we... More

Last minute booking with an excellent price. Grounds and parking are excellent. about a 15 minute walk to the major downtown area or a quick drive. There are wild deer around and it's a quaint neighborhood. The road can be a bit noisy if your room faces it but the offset for ours was a private balcony. Adam and Sue... More

We spent five nights in Abigail's Cottage which is wonderful for 2 couples. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathes along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. The living room has an extra sofa bed, a recliner and several chairs. The breakfasts were lavish with homemade muffins, scones or croissants as well as a hot cereal,... More

The reviews are for real. This place is amazing and Adam and Susan are the best! Had a lovely one night stay with a king bed and bath. Snacks and coffee/tea and cookies available all the time. Comfy bed and keurig coffee maker in room. Breakfast was AMAZING. Warm granola and fruit as first course with poached egg and smoked... More

Susan and Adam were gracious hosts. Afternoon beverages, snacks, and baked goods were available and plentiful. Adam gave us restaurant suggestions and had menus to look at. Our original reservation was for the Abigail Rockefeller room. However, guests currently staying decided to stay an extra day, so we were directed to Abigail's Garden. What a delightful cottage! It had all... More

Dear Jo Ellen Thank you for being so gracious and agreeing to staying in Abigail's Garden Room. Our Rockefeller guests were very thankful that they could stay another night. We do appreciate it! Our Garden Room although outside with its own entrance is a newer room that was added to Abigail's Victorian House some years later I imagine. Not too... More
