This is a prime location for a gentle walk to the theatre. The innkeepers are warm upon arrival and eager to please and often use their Innkeeper clout to make last minute dinner restaurants. We've been staying at Cowslip's almost since we started coming to Ashland and have occasionally had to stay elsewhere when they were full. We always come back! The breakfasts are wonderful and varied with home-made muffins, fresh fruit, great coffee, and then of course - the main course! We made a reservation for this bed and breakfast in May for a visit in early July. In mid-June, my chronic back problem necessitated immediate surgery for a herniated disc.
