We spent two nights in one of the small cottages. The shower was a bit difficult to figure out (it would have been helpful to have instructions) and there was a light on all the time (we could not find the switch to turn it off) but other than that, we had no complaints. The room was very feminine in... More

We stayed two nights at the Black Swan in their smallest room. The lovely claw foot tub was in the bedroom! I tried it out with some trepidations, fearing that the tub, with me in, it might come crashing down through the floor into the parlor below. Not to worry. The shower worked wonderfully. There was plenty of hot water... More

My daughter and I stayed in the Manor Cottage recently. The cottage was cute, very clean and had all necessary amenities. It included a kitchenette which allowed us to keep snacks. Had we not been in full vacation mode and if the restaurant quality in Ashland wasn't so good, we would likely have prepared a small meal or two, but... More

We traveled to Ashland during their slow, winter season for our anniversary & "babymoon" (last trip before the baby arrives). We found Ashland's Black Swan Inn online and immediately fell in love with it. Since they weren't heavily booked, Tracy the innkeeper, worked with us on the room rate & even upgraded us to a private cottage off the main... More

This B&B is just a short walk from the OSF and all the restaurants and stores of downtown Ashland. The rooms are nicely appointed with in room tub/shower in the smaller rooms. Breakfasts were tasty and interesting. I especially enjoyed a poached egg with a goat cheese sauce. We will stay here again and pick one of the suite rooms... More

We stayed two nights in this lovely B&B. It is well located in the centre of charming Ashland in an old house with a nice little garden and within walking distance of the theatre. We stayed in a cozy small room with an old style bath tub in the room. The breakfast was (for us) not really good (we prefer... More

We stayed in the cottage at the Black Swan for three nights -- perfect in all regards: quiet, cozy, comfortable, and within easy walking distance to the theaters. Very nice neighborhood. Good breakfasts. A+

I was visiting a good friend in Ashland last week and stayed at Ashland's Black Swan Inn for 2 nights. To say it was a wonderful experience would be an understatement! I stayed in the Blossom Room and loved the soft blue and yellow decor, view of the mountains outside my window, beyond comfortable bed and charming claw foot tub.... More

My family and I went on a road trip, and Ashland was our 2nd stop. The town itself is absolutely adorable! The B&B looked really nice online and when we pulled up we were not let down. It's an old beautiful building with a peaceful front garden. The inn sitter was very nice and offered us tea and cookies and... More

We have found Ashland's Black Swan Inn to be a wonderful stop on the way to visiting our son at college in Eugene and traveling back to Northern California. We stayed in the Garden Cottage and enjoyed a cozy evening. The B&B is nicely situated downtown so we could walk to dinner and a movie and then enjoy an evening... More
