From the fresh cookies and lavender lemonade which greeted us in the lobby to the fresh flower on the spa in our room - it was all perfectly charming. We have stayed in some nice places elsewhere, bu this is a unique spot in a small place (Ashland Oregon). Having a mineral springs spa tub in the room, a goumet... More

Check in is fast and efficient. All our information was readily there as we checked in. At check in we were also supplied with a pamphlet that listed all attractions around Ashland, Oregon. This made planning each day's activites a lot less stressful. The staff is friendly and very helpful and accomadating. Even the gardeners and room attendants were attentative... More

This "resort" prides itself on its mineral water, but unless your cottage has a hot tub (not all of them do) the only way you can experience the water is by drinking it from the taps and smelling it (which you will, as a faintly sulfrous smell permeates all the rooms). Breakfasts are mediocre at best and you'll need a... More

We are always disappointed when we fail to meet a guests expectations. Yes, we are a hot springs and the wonderful benefits of natural hot springs water usually comes an order of sulfur. All our cottages and suites have the hot mineral water soaking tubs in them, and all but 4 of our rooms do. We try to make sure... More

Very helpful staff all-around and fantastic breakfast with room price. 5 minute drive from Ashland downtown. Beautiful gardens with separate buildings clustered in a great setting. Big room with huge hot tub in the living room - we liked that. Water: The resort claims how they pipe the natural Lithia Springs water into the hot tub which at first sounds... More

We recently stayed at Lithia Springs during a trip to Ashland's Oregon Shakespeare Festival. For the most part, we had a pleasant time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the cottage we stayed in was nice and offered plenty of privacy. However, there were a few drawbacks. The first main drawback for us was the smell of the... More

The people at Lithia Springs Resort were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed wine tasting on the premises. The grounds were very pretty. The proximity to Ashland and Jacksonville were also convenient. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed at the Lithia Inn and Resort for five days in July for our 25th anniversary. We previously had reservations at another hotel, but after talking with Robin at Lithia her enthusiasm convinced us to change our plans. We're grateful we did. The cottage she reserved for us was fantastic. It was comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated (include the... More

Lithia Springs is a delightful, clean and with meticulously groomed grounds. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The location though easy to find is 6 minutes tfrom the center of of Ashland. Parking at the Inn is very adequate and that downtown is usually readily found. I enjoyed it ... and would return.

My wife and I recently spent three nights here on our first trip to Ashland, primarily for the Shakespeare Festival. Despite the fact that the staff were coping with a minor disaster that occured just hours before our arrival (a water pipe broke flooding a large section of the main building), we were greeted professionally and courteously, informed of the... We have been visiting Ashland for the Shakespeare festival once or twice a year for over 15 years and have stayed at most of the inns and hotels there. However, we have returned to the Lithia Springs B&B again and again ever since we first discovered it in 2002. Access is easy from I-5. (North Ashland exit.) The setting is... More
