Lovely Inn in Ashland! Innkeepers, Cyd and Gary, show beautiful pride of ownership in this historic home. Beautiful decor, gardens, and attention to detail! We stayed 3 nights in the Garden View room on the 2nd floor. We woke up to singing birds and sunny mornings overlooking the garden. The breakfasts are made from scratch by Cyd using healthy, organic... More

I stayed here with my 13 year old daughter. We stayed one night after a longish day of driving from the bay area at the beginning of a road trip. Cyd was very accommodating. We might have needed a late check-in and she was fine with that, though we didn't end up needing it. She made waffles especially so my... More

Wonderful B & B experience. Great Innkeepers. Cyd and Gary will help you with any request to make your stay better. Excellent breakfast. Interesting guests to share info re: plays, places to eat. Located 4 blocks from Lithia Park and OSF. The garden behind the main house is lovely. Everything was in bloom when we were there in May.

The Albion Inn is vintage Ashland and a great choice while visiting. The inn is lovely, clean, furnished beautifully, and well located on a quiet side street that is a very easy walk to the theaters. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. The Albion Inn's hosts, Cyd and Gary, make service and comfort a priority with readily available snacks and... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your review! I'm glad you mentioned the communal breakfast table. We have discovered over the years that the Albion's friendly table is our visitors' best source for restaurant and play reviews. You won't meet friendlier or more interesting people than the Albion's guests. Well-travelled, too! I'm glad you had a great... More

Stayed here a couple weeks ago and loved it. Close to the plays, great hosts and food and comfortable beds. Got such a kick talking with Cyd. Perfect location in town, close to downtown and the local Safeway.  We decided it's a once-a-year must!

We two couples choose the Albion for these qualities: 1) Pet Friendly ( they were "super" pet friendly in the Courtyard Queen Room and the garden areas) 2) Walking distance close to the hub-bub of downtown ( very close and we did it several times) 3) Reasonably priced during mid-week, in April ( was able to stay 3 nights, only... It might be a good B&B, but the communication is terrible. They told me that I had to check in before 5pm. Since I didn't think I could make it until 5, I asked if it was possible to check in later or if they'd recommend going for a different B&B instead. I never heard back. When I finally arrived... This person tried to book a room from the road the day before arrival. All communication was via email. I requested she phone so we could discuss the situation, but she said her phone was from overseas and wasn't working. She was told in writing that the office would close at 5 pm and we needed her contact information and... More

We have enjoyed bed and breakfast inns in many towns over the years, and this one of the best ever. The atmosphere and décor are excellent, the food is also excellent (and organic). The owners are very inviting and interesting - one of the owner's is an author and they have backgrounds in counseling, philosophy, mathematics and computer science; they... More

Terrific review! I love all the details, like the romantic fireplace and the cat who sits. (no animals allowed in the main house, be assured). Wonderful talking with you and your interesting friends. Thanks for sharing them all with us! Hope to see you again. More

Cyd and Gary are just the greatest hosts. The rooms are wonderful with comfortable beds, lots of warm blankets, nice toiletries and decent views. Cognac and chocolates all day... More

My husband and I spent the weekend in the Albion Inn and what a wonderful time we had! The Inn is beautiful with nice sized, clean, comfortable rooms.
