I stayed here while on a class trip to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, which was scheduled somewhat last-minute, so we ended up having to stay at the Windsor Inn. Let me start off by saying that this place is nowhere near any of the attractions of Ashland if you don't plan on using a car. Being in a large group... more

We arrived to go see a play in town and immediately discovered that the toilet was not in working order. When I called the desk the young woman informed that she was alone and the hotel was full - so could I come get the toilet plunger? My response was "are you serious?" She again pleaded her case of being... more

We stayed here on a recent trip to visit my brother and his family. The room was very large and clean, grounds were beautifully landscaped, and in general it was very quiet. more

This hotel has two types of rooms. Rooms with heaters mounted to an external wall and rooms with heaters mounted to an internal wall. The night I checked in, I was give a room with a heater on an external wall. I paid $79 (inc. taxes) for a king size bed. When I got to the room, it was just... more

We pulled in at 10:30 at night after a long drive from the Bay Area, not knowing the Shakespeare festival was in full swing in Ashland. Asked the desk clerk if there were rooms, he said they only had suites left. I was worried, but asked how much. With our AAA discount it was $139. Not bad. The suite was... more

The facility is at the second Ashland I-5 exit. So it is a bit out of town. The rooms are adequate and very clean. It looks like the facility has been renovated. The landscaping is quite nice. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Also there is a shuttle downtown to the plays. The rates are reasonable. They use swamp coolers... more

Pros This is a cute property with pretty gardens and very clean and comfortable rooms. It provides a shuttle service to Downtown Ashland and boasts a very nice fitness facility. The place is family friendly and was fine for hanging out when we weren't at the play. The room we booked was large and had a table and chairs along... more

We stayed at the Windsor Inn for graduation weekend at the university ... which is in the middle of the Shakespeare Festival ... so I was glad I had reserved rooms well ahead. Both rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in ours! My mother commented on how comfortable the bed was in hers. The pool area was nice with... more

Stayed one night on drive from Portland to Bay Area. Booked at good rate which made this hotel a decent value. I imagine it's higher in summer. It is just off I-5; not in downtown Ashland but provides shuttle. Spacious room, with two sinks separate from bath and toilet. Room included silly "fake" fireplace. Decent continental breakfast. Quiet. Exterior halls.... more
