We have stayed in the first floor suite – now Pioneer, formerly Peace Pilgrim- several times- I think this is our 4th visit? We love having the outside sitting spot. The tiny bathroom is through the tiny kitchenette. We save money doing breakfast in- but usually some wonderful Ashland restaurant gets us out to lunch and dinner- with leftovers in... More

The front porch is wonderful, even in this hot weather! The house is very comfortable and has those old house squeaks. Deborah was very gracious and helpful. Downtown with the OSF and places to eat and drink, is three blocks away and the Food Co-op is two blocks away--great location.

We had our annual family reunion in Ashland last summer, and I had to find a place that would suit our large group, ranging in age from 15 to 90, with widely varying tastes and needs. DeLaunay House turned out to be absolutely perfect, and we spent a wonderful week there. The location is amazing. It is an easy walk... More

Two couples plus one stayed 3 nights in three of the 4 suites in this clean, cozy and well appointed, historic craftsman-style home. We could not have asked for better accommodations! Comfortable and spacious, we especially enjoyed visiting with our friends between shows and before dinner on the wonderful front porch and in the sunny upstairs "kitchen". Across the street... More

I had to visit Ashland for several weeks on business and found this great place by accident. I didn't want a cut-out no-soul chain with the usual beige walls and commercial carpet. This place is right downtown, three blocks from beautiful Lithia Park and some of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. Almost every restaurant offers organic locally... More

I have stayed in Ashland annually for the past 20 years and the Delaunay house is the best place I have visited. I have stayed at the Delaunay House twice and have been very happy with my visit each time. Next time I visit Ashland I will stay at the Delaunay House and I recommend it to everyone. The most... I've had the opportunity of visting this house multipal times through out the year and love its historic nature. The furnishings are exquisit and the 4 rooms are very roomy and quaint. All have hardwood flooring, cute kitchenetts, tvs, and comfortable bedding. One room I had a chance to stay in, the Zen room, had an old fashion bathtub which... More

We have stayed at Delaunay 3+ times now and have booked for next year. This is the PERFECT location to walk to the plays, the Ashland coop for groceries and morning paper and just about anywhere else in town. And for those who know Ashland’s parking situation, not losing your parking spot, once obtained, is a real asset! We have... More

Deborah has the most warm and sweet hospitality personality, which compliments this beautiful historical inn "Delaunay House" and we were honored/blessed to feel so much part of the inn as we also felt like family from the beginning of my phone calls to book a room to her making sure our say was comfortable when we arrived. Deborah mentioned several... More

My family and I stayed in the elegant yet inviting Harmony Suite and it was fabulous for 4 adults. We cooked up a storm to celebrate Father's Day, and the delightful owner, Deborah, even brought over an electric (and hand!) mixer so we could make a chocolate cream pie. The beautiful home is within walking distance of anywhere you would... More
