This was my second time staying at Willow-Witt Ranch. This time I stayed in a wall tent. Things to love: * Beautiful surroundings * Very comfy bed, great sheets * Warm showers * Real bathrooms * Well-equipped kitchen (with an interesting wok-like grill we were excited to try!) * The goats * Fresh eggs * Limited cell reception (a big... Willow-Witt Ranch is a historic ranch located in the hills above the the town of Ashland. Visitors are made to feel very welcome. We found the ranch to be interesting and lovely. We hiked a 2.5 mile trail around the ranch. The ranch is totally off the grid. Electric generation is solar, Cooking is done with propane, and heat is... More

Just recently had the luxury of a 2 night stay in a Rustic Furnished Wall Tent. Everything about it was wonderful. We checked in at 4 pm, were warmly greeted by Lanita Witt and Suzanne Willow, the owners. We got oriented and settled in and then headed into Ashland for dinner and a Shakespeare play. It was an easy 15... More

We stayed at Willow-Witt Ranch over Spring Break...what a gem of a place! Our kids loved collecting eggs, feeding the goats, watching the pigs have babies, letting the ducks out each morning, looking at the stars at night....and the list goes on! Our ten-year old son sobbed as we were leaving because he did not want to this vacation to... More

We stayed in the "Farmhouse Studio" over Labor Day weekend, and it was beyond fantastic! First off, the Studio is a gorgeous place to stay. It's compact, but it has everything you need, and it's so darn cute, you just want to pinch its cheeks! Its location right in the center of the farm is perfect--we loved watching the goats... More

The place was like an off-the grid luxury home. The house was powered by solar panels, and we were asked to charge our electronics during the day. There was no TV and only basic kitchen appliances- all of excellent quality. But there was always plenty of energy and hot water for hot showers, laundry etc. It was all done in... More

We just returned home from an incredible stay at Willow-Witt Ranch. We stayed in a walled tent for 3 nights with our 2 year old. It was super convenient because everything was provided for our stay we only needed to bring our personal items. The tents are comfortable with 2 large beds and a few steps away from the super... The mountains surround a sun filled field, goats running so curious. The heady scent of pines, green shaded shadows. We went to a farm to fork event last summer, a hundred people enjoying incredible food, a beautiful day in a breath taking setting. Camping tents, a lodge on the meadow, fresh eggs, baby goats - a perfect place for a... More
