This hotel is very comfortable, unpretentious, elegant and welcoming after a week of driving. The beds and bedding are first class and even nicer than the Four Seasons. The breakfast was very generous and included good bakery, hot hard boiled eggs and good quality yogurt and fruit. The soaking tub (not all rooms have them) are really a treat. The... More

Stayed overnight traveling through Oregon. Hotel was charming and the breakfast far more than "continental" and in lovely surrounds. I should have booked a room one size larger (prices very reasonable) as the room was too small for anything other than minimal luggage. However, the bath was nicely appointed, the bed very comfortable with comfy sheets and the TV a... More

We stop in Ashland when we travel from the Bay Area to Eugene, Oregon every winter. We stayed at the Ashland Springs Hotel en route to/from Eugene for one night's stay. Such a wonderful experience - beautiful old hotel in great condition; great customer service; perfect night's sleep both times; very clean rooms; delicious meals at Lark's Restaurant downstairs in... Beautiful old hotel in the middle of downtown Ashland. The room had a great view of the main street as well as the surrounding valley. We walked each night around the downtown in order to see all of the holiday lights. For $50 they provided a vase with a wonderful bouquet - in winter! - that my wife loved. Lots... More

From the all-knowing staff at the registration desk to the efficient staff in the marvelous restaurant, the Ashland Springs Hotel recreates an atmosphere of caring in the manner of an old Grand Hotel. Thoroughly updated both in the public rooms and in the hotel rooms themselves, the hotel displays the charm of days past with full modern amenities. Want to... More

I booked a Deluxe View Queen Room, and was upgraded to a King: room 606. This hotel is just gorgeous. From the moment you walk in. There is a natural theme, with seashells, plants, and dried, pressed flowers. They leave a lavender sachet on your pillow. I stopped here to treat myself during a long road trip. Couldn't have been... More

I stayed one night with a friend for a holiday getaway and it was wonderful. We got a package deal with free movies, dinner discounts, breakfast, etc.... all for a very good price. The location make walking the whole town easy and you are next to everything. The hotel has great ambiance and it was lovely with the Christmas decorations... More

Third visit and third good stay. Clean and upscale, but rooms are smallish and the hotel is vintage (some of its charm). Great tapas dinner at Tease, just a block away. Now we plan our trips along I-5 to hit Ashland for a stayover.

Had a most relaxing and restful overnight stay upon transporting my daughter back to college after Thanksgiving break. Upon checkin, to my surprise, my room had been upgraded to a view room. The room was very clean and quiet and had a very nice LCD TV. Was also able to use the business center to check weather and road conditions... More

We have stayed in this hotel many times. We have always had a wonder experience there. Right downtown Ashland, which is a fabulous town! The rooms are decorated in excellent taste. This is not your 'normal' type of hotel. While the rooms are not huge, they are elegant. This is like a private hotel. The hotel lobby is welcoming and... More
